
Day in the life posts/videos have always been my favorite! I love seeing an inside look on how people spend their days. I have recieved a few questions on what a typical day in the life looks like for me, so I thought I would share with all of you!
Let’s get into it.
4:45AM
The alarm goes off! I am typically pretty good about getting up when my alarm goes off, but that’s only if I have gotten a solid 7 hours of sleep.
Once waking up a little I jump right into a cold shower. This probably sounds like the worst way to start the day, but it is actually amazing. It wakes you up incredibly well and helps me to start off the day with my anxiety at ease.
5:00 AM
I go downstairs and make a cup of coffee. I crack open up the book I am reading at the moment. Right now that book is Mind Hacking by Sir John Hargrave. It is a great self-development book to flood my mind with positives first thing in the morning.
5:30AM
After drinking my coffee and reading my book I go ahead and do some slow work. I like to get ahead on work while the world is still asleep. It makes me more productive and allows me to work before any stress creeps in. In the mornings, I typically work on my own personal tasks. Creating blog posts like these, editing videos, sending emails, etc.

6:30AM
Meditation is also another key to set up a great day. It is a way for me to strategize with myself.
6:45-7:45AM

It is officially workout time! After the sun comes up I go out and get my workout in. I like to start off by playing fetch with Stella (my dog), and then heading into the garage to do a weight-lifting workout.
7:45-8:15AM
Shower, Get Ready, Quick House Tidy
8:15-8:30
Eat some breakfast and start to search the internet for sales for the day.

8:30-9:30
Create some daily deals for my first client. After approval, I post these on her LTK and Instagram stories.
9:30-10:30
Look over the collaboration portal, and gather links for some more graphics.

10:30 – 11:30AM
Create more graphics.
11:30-12:30PM
Eat some quick lunch and get back to work! During this time if I don’t have any graphics I will begin to schedule posts out for the evening.
12:30pm-1:30PM
Post to Amazon Storefront, LTK, Tiktok, and Youtube Shorts.
1:30PM-4:00PM
Leftover work, Youtube Video, Blog Posts, Grahics Creation, etc!
4:00-5:00PM
Woohoo! Made it through a solid workday. At this point in the day I go ahead and mute my phone to give my eyes and mind a break from screens. I love to go outside and play fetch with Stella (my dog), and get some more sunlight in my eyes.

5:00-6:00PM
After getting some energy out I go ahead and make some dinner. Usually I have food meal prepped, and will spend some of this time cleaning up the house!
6:00-6:30PM
Unwind and put on my pajamas. Nothing feels better than getting into my comfy clothes!
6:30-7:00PM
I spend about 30m-1hr on a little more client work. Making sure I completed everything and getting a head start on the next days work.
7:00PM-8:30PM
I am trying to prioritize my personal business work more in this new year. I go ahead and work another hour and a half to finish any blog posts, post to socials, create content, etc.
8:30-9:30PM
My boyfriend travels for work so during this time I facetime him. During our face time I usually do some self-care tasks and really try to enjoy talking with him. He only travels a few days out of the week, so when he is home we spend this time watching a movie together on the couch!
9:30-10:00PM
Bedtime!
I know what you’re thinking. Yes, I have really good blue light glasses lol.
I spend a good chunk of my day on a screen, so I try to offset that with 2 hours of outside time, workouts, meditation, and self-care indulgences! So far it has been the perfect balance and made for a great daily routine!
