The Virtual Assistant world is a fun place to be! And over the years I have done a wide range of tasks for clients. From those tasks, I have complied a list of my top favorites! Everything from linking up items, responding to messages, editing photos, and scrolling tiktok!

Create Graphics
I love bringing my creativity out and creating graphics is one of the ways in which I get to do that! There is nothing more fun to me than searching the internet for cute items and then compiling them together in an aesthetic way. An example of this is one of my clients will text me and say- “hey can you put together a graphics of neutral home items?” And then from there I will search items that I know my client will enjoy and put them together!
If you are looking into creating graphics I highly recommend starting out with Canva! Still to this day Canva is my right hand man. I do think learning photoshop is beneficial, but it isn’t worth the upfront cost if you are a beginner in my opinion.

Watch Tiktoks
We all know tiktok is a huuuge app, and there are a lot of influencers who are new to the app or don’t want to delegate time for it. This is when they will look to outsource! And that is exactly why one of my clients asked if I could take this over for them! Tiktok likes when people are active on the app, so I typically spend 30m-1 hr daily scrolling, looking for trends, and saving videos I think my client could recreate. This helps to optimize her time, and it’s really fun for me! Lol.

Shop Online
This one may sound a little crazy, but it is definitely a real service that gets asked for more than you would think! Let me set the scenario- You are a person that shares daily Amazon outfits. Not only do you have to shoot the content, edit the content, and post the content. You also have to be searching the internet for new and trendy outfits each day. Even though it sounds like a fun and easy task, it can get pretty time consuming and tedious when you’re having to do it multiple times a week.
This is where a virtual assistant comes in!! Someone will ask me if I can look for new arrivals from “xyz” and I will add items I think they would like to their cart. It is the best way for me to shop and not actually have to spend any of my own money lol.
