Hi friends! Today I am back with a blog post on the things I use daily as an influencer virtual assistant!
These are all items that I typically can’t survive a working day without!
Let’s jump into it.
Planner
Throughout the week, I live by my planner. I find it to be so crucial, especially when carving out time for myself, and putting tasks in order of importance. It helps me to make the most of my time, and optimize tasks I do daily. I use an Erin Condren planner, but I think any planner would do. I like being able to see my month overview and then having lots of writing room for my daily “to-do’s.”
Alongside my planner I use the notes app on my phone frequently. I have a notes page that contains everything I need to get done for each client each week that way I never forget anything. At the beginning of the week when I am planing I look at that notes page and schedule everything out.

Macbook
My macbook isn’t a neccessity, but I do find myself reaching for it a lot during the work day. I find that admin tasks are easiest on the computer. Especially when it comes to creating blog posts, writing newsletters, working in email, and managing the collab portal.

Ipad
During the work day chances are my ipad is always an arms length away. I use my ipad to create graphics, post on Amazon Storefront, post on LiketoKnowIt, and edit Youtube videos.
My Phone
This one is a given, but I would say I spend 60-70% of the workday on my phone. I use text message as my primary communication with my clients, so I always have my phone near me to see new tasks I need to complete. Alongside my ipad I do a lot of LiketoKnowit and Amazon storefront posts on my phone as well.

Portable Phone Charger
Since my phone is my primary communication with my clients I always need to have my phone on during the work day. Carrying a portable charger with me helps to ensure that my phone battery will never run out lol. Here is the 2-pack of chargers that I got.
